I think many of you have a similar error in your language.
I have contacted the support I am sure many more have done!
It seems that Steam with their latest update to the core engine Half-Life have made some unforeseen error. Let us hope they get the problem fixed soon so we all can come and kill each other again :)

From your "Steam Library" Right Click Counter Strike Zero and choose Properties
Make sure Updates are set to - Always keep this game updated
Enable Beta Participation in the drop-down - SteamPipe
